Liesa Baldwin is a true southern belle, born in New Orleans, LA and raised in Memphis, TN. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University May 2018 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration & Marketing. She had no idea what she wanted to do with her degree but she knew she would one day want to run her own company. Straight out of college like most graduates she found it very challenging to find a job in her career field. In the meantime, she worked in the food & beverage industry as a server and bartender. In 2020, she finally landed a job with the SBA as a loan processor but she continued to bartend on the side. Even with a successful career in the her career field she continued bartending in her spare time because it was something she truly enjoyed doing.

 

 

I decided to turn my passion into my purpose. South Mobile bar was founded in May 2022. The sole purpose for starting this company was to give people a good feeling. I focus on anticipating the needs and wants of the guest while creating a memorable experience that will last a lifetime. Great customer service is the goal and southern hospitality runs in my blood, hence the name South. Our mission at South is to spread our southern charm with a smile while serving well crafted cocktails. Expertly crafted, made mobile. We all love a good drink.
