All bartending service packages have a 3 hour minimum. Additional hours can be added in add-on section of booking.

A South Team Member will give you a follow up call within 48 hours after deposit is paid.

This call will confirm event details before sending out final invoice.

The final Invoice will include event details, custom drink menu draft, price break down, any add-ons, and signature drink options.

Booking Information

All bartending package are customized to you. 

Bartender Only Package

$350+ $6 per guest | Mobile bar & Liquor is NOT included.

Minimalist Bar Package

$1,000 + $6 per guest | Mobile bar & Liquor is NOT included.

Mobile Bartender Package 

$1,350 + $6 per guest | Liquor is NOT included.

These 3 hour Packages includes three signature cocktail creations, a personalized drink menu for signature drinks, one licensed bartender skilled to make a wide variety of drinks, one bar back to assist bartender,  *mobile bar station *all garnishes for cocktails, *small signature drink display stand, *ice, *cups, *straws, *napkins, *Signature drink mixtures, *Sodas (Coke Sprite, Ginger ale, Club Soda) and *bartender tools.

Additional Mobile bar stations, bartenders, and bar backs can be added to these package.

Host is responsible for all liquor, beer, and wine. 

Bartending Service

Cocktail Class

This private cocktail class is customized to you. 

Private Cocktail Class

$250 + $55 per attendee | Minimum of 6 Attendees Maximum of 20 Attendees per class

This Interactive Hosting will last 2 hours.

Each package includes

two signature drinks and one elevated signature drink with a step by step crafting session for each cocktail from a licensed bartender, three fun drinking games, ice, signature drink mixtures, bottle of waters,  a personalized drink menu for signature cocktails, all bartending tools needed for crafting session, a gift bag filled with bartender favorites, and tables for crafting session (optional). 

Liquor is NOT included in this service. Host Is Responsible For Liquor.  

All trailer packages are customized to you.

Trailer Package

$1,500 + $6 per guest | Liquor is NOT included.

This 3 hour Trailer Package includes our bar on wheels, three signature cocktails, a personalized drink menu for signature drinks, two licensed bartender skilled to make a wide variety of drinks, one bar back to assist bartender,  all garnishes for cocktails, small signature drink display stand, ice, cups, straws, napkins, Signature drink mixtures, Sodas (Coke Sprite, Ginger ale, Club Soda) bartender tools, boho chair set up (optional). 

Additional Mobile bar stations, bartenders, and bar backs can be added to this package.

Host is responsible for all liquor, beer, and wine.

Trailer Package

This set up includes our mobile bar where we will craft the cocktails on display, a 6ft display table, a custom drink menu featuring your three signature drinks, dry ice for a smoking effect, ice, signature drink mixtures, acyclic stands to display drinks, four different custom cups , garnishes, straws, and napkins. This package comes with one full drink replenish service at the halfway point of your event.

There will be 100 drinks displayed at the beginning and 100 displayed at the halfway point for a total of 200 drinks during event.

 

Liquor is NOT included. Host is responsible for providing all liquor.

Display Table Set Up Only

Signature Drinks

 

Signature Drinks are classified as well known classics with a South twist.

Examples: Added Ingredients to a Margarita, Lemon Drop, Mojito, Sidecar etc.

You have the option to name your signature drinks and customize them to specific colors or flavors during follow up call.

Any special instructions during your event can be expressed during follow up call. 

Elevated Signature Drinks

 

Upgrade your signature with a special effect.

You have the option to pick one effect below for an additional cost. 

Drink with Smoke Bubble, Dry Ice, Flame (Glassware Required), Edible Shimmer/Glitter , or Real Fruit POP-sicle.

Custom Add-Ons

We welcome all customization wants and needs.

Cups, napkins, ice cubes, stirrers, picks, and drink toppers can all be customized to your theme or logo.

All Customizations Must Be Paid In Full 30 Days Prior to Event.

NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS/FULL PAYMENTS OF CUSTOM ITEMS.

Jello Shots

Can be added to any package.

Price is based off the number of guest attending the event.

Liquor for Jell-O Shots must be delivered to South Team at least 7 days prior to event.

Liquor Package

This service takes one less thing off your plate when preparing for your event.

We will price out all of your liquor, mixtures, juice, water bottles, and ice for your event and then do the shopping for you. One less thing to worry about the day of the event.

Deposit

Once Deposit is paid client will receive a follow up call within 48 hours to confirm event details.

All Deposits Go Towards The Total Balance Of The Event.

All Deposits Are Non-Refundable Unless Cancellation Is 21 Days Prior To Event.

One Deposit is Made Per Booking. Deposits are Non-Transferrable.

All Events Must Be Paid in Full 21 Days Prior to Event.  Invoice For Full Payment Will Be Sent Out 4 Weeks Prior To Event.
