Service Description
Perfect for Outdoor Events or Venues Without Bar Area. This 3 hour Mobile Bar Station Package includes 50 guest ( $6 per guest amount over 50), one mobile bar station, three signature cocktails, a personalized drink menu for signature drinks, one licensed bartender skilled to make a wide variety of drinks, one bar back to assist bartender, all garnishes for cocktails, three small signature drink display stand, three drink dispensers for signature drinks, ice, large cooler for bags of ice, small cooler for serving ice, cups, straws, napkins, napkin & straw holder, Signature drink mixtures, Sodas for signature drinks, water bottles, and bartender tools. Additional Mobile bar stations, bartenders, or bar backs can be added to this package for $350 per South Team Member. We recommend 1 Bartender & 1 Mobile bar station per 60 guest. We recommend 1 Bartender + 1 Bar back per 120 guest. Example 150 guest | 1 Bartenders + 1 Bar Back +Extra Bartender & Mobile Station = Adding $350 to the total package cost. Liquor is NOT included. The Host is responsible for providing liquor, beer, and wine. All Add-Ons/Customizations, Guest Amount, and Taxes can be discussion on consultation call and will be added to final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations, Reschedule dates, and Refund request must be submitted at least 30 days prior to event date via email at south.mobilebar@gmail.com. 50% of payment will be refunded if request is submitted before the 30 day grace period. No refund will be issued after the 30 day grace period.
